General conditions

 

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by La Femme Verte.

LaFemmeVerte guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.

 

Discount codes

 

All discount codes are strictly one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined with other coded offers or sale/reduced items. La Femme Verte reserve the right to cancel any special offer without notice.

 

Payment

 

Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card, PayPal or Klarna.

In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, La Femme Verte shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

 

Delivery

 

We deliver throughout the UK by Royal Mail post and DPD. In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for Standard delivery.

Claims for damage, packing errors or non delivery of goods must be received by La Femme Verte within 14 days of placing your order.

 

Cancellation of order

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should contact our customer care team by email  Hello@lafemmeverte.co.uk to return the goods to La Femme Verte in their original packing and in their original condition e.g. unopened.

La Femme Verte will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your original payment card.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to La Femme Verte. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.

 

Return of cancelled order goods

 

La Femme Verte will refund or replace any products if:

  1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 28 days
  2. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and in resaleable condition
  3. They are returned with your order number
  4. Please note: to receive a full refund for a product/s delivered with a promotional free gift, both the item purchased and the free gift must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
